I’m taking off in a few short hours to fly to South Carolina for a wedding which, despite being held on May the 4th, will not be Star Wars themed. A missed opportunity if you ask me! I was also saddened to note that the Columbia/Charleston area is not exactly musically boppin’ on a Monday or Tuesday night. Thankfully, this is not the case in Los Angeles where those early week nights are actually my preferred nights for live music. This week certainly doesn’t disappoint with an assortment of excellent (and mostly free) shows Monday night as well as the can’t miss Dark Waves residency Tuesday night at Dirty Laundry.
