This week I attended a different kind of show, I went out and saw a friend perform a show at her aerial studio. There were people on ropes, silks, hammocks, trapeze, and so much more! It had a wild west theme so there was some good country music thrown in there. It was a fun experience and a nice break from the usual music scene. This week, I might try and brave the crowd to see Hunter Hayes. He’s on my country music list. We’ll see if I have the tolerance for drunk people or not come Wednesday. This week, I ventured to Brick by Brick for the first time in my entire life to see Every Avenue. I recently discovered them thanks to a Tidal mix and the band had been on hiatus for 10+ years, until now. I’m so glad I got the opportunity to see them, and while I hadn’t been waiting as long as some fans in the crowd, I still had a great time. The rest of my week and weekend was entirely too short and I’m feeling exhausted for a Sunday but, c’est la vie.
