This week was spent enjoying and reliving the fabulous dance party that was The Wrecks show at the House of Blues. While I wish I could’ve also attended the Wonderfront Festival, it was not something I could pull together this weekend. With the holiday this week, expect it to be a slow calendar. Enjoy time with your friends and family or the solitude of your favorite foods and tv shows/movies! I don’t know about you but I’m constantly thankful for music and the friends it has brought me along the way. If it wasn’t for music, this blog wouldn’t exist. It’s a true story! The biggest highlight and disappointment of my week is that I will be headed to Vegas for the When We Were Young Fest by way of LA to see You Me At Six. It’s a highlight because… well, have you seen the lineup? I’ll be mentally back in 2010, reliving my peak emo days. It’s a disappointment because it means missing The Silent Comedy’s last show of the year at the Belly Up with Little Hurricane. If I could teleport or split myself in half, this is one of those instances where I would do it. Alas, we are not there yet. If you’re not at the fest, I highly recommend that show as well as these others…
