This early post comes to you from sunny LA. I drove up here Friday for a mini vacation, show, and some quality hang out time. Sadly, I return home later today and have some serious homework to catch up on but the fun times here are well worth it. San Diego gets the pleasure of kicking off the Muse Tour with Band of Skulls at Valley View Casino Center tomorrow night. What a show that will be! It’s October!! One of my favorite months. Actually, if you look at Facebook, it seems to be a lot of people’s favorite month. I hope you all have been up to fun things. I’ve been stuck behind a computer screen for my classes and it’s not very fun. I did get out to the Poway Rodeo this weekend (ok I worked it) and the music selection wasn’t half bad. Speaking of half bad, the shows in SD this week aren’t half bad. We have some major acts coming through; Ed Sheeran, The Black Keys, Florence + Machine, Grouplove, The Head and The Heart, Kimbra, Dr. Dog, and The Milk Carton Kids to name a few.
