It’s finally starting to feel like winter here in San Diego! This past weekend we had a significant amount of rain accompanied by thunder and lightening. There is still a crisp coolness in the air that makes me want to cozy up with a blanket, a book, and some hot chocolate. However, that doesn’t mean you can be bundled and out enjoying some music. What a weekend! While I did nothing really musically oriented, I definitely was wiped out by the end of it. What was I doing? Funny you should ask. I was working at a rodeo. I used to ride in said rodeo but this time I was just a helping hand. I did get some boogie time with some country music but boy, I’m still tired. Oh, I did see the Blue Man Group for the first time last night! That’s musical. And definitely fun!

You know, I actually started this post yesterday but got so caught up in the loveliness of a true Sunday of that it obviously didn’t get completed. I plan on attending the fair this week (finally!) and riding some rides and maybe eat some horrible food. Warped Tour finally makes it to town this week. If you go, make sure you check out LMN favorite Dead Sara. They will blow your mind. Get Back Loretta play this week and we also have the cd release for The Nervous Wreckords. Must attend!
