I did make it out to see Get Back Loretta on Friday at the Casbah but I’m having a hard time getting back into my usual routine. Hopefully this week the boat will right itself.

It’s Superbowl Sunday! I have the game set to record because I’d rather watch the commercials than the game this time around. Instead I’m watching a NCIS marathon and I’m about to start cooking. It’s October!! One of my favorite months. Actually, if you look at Facebook, it seems to be a lot of people’s favorite month. I hope you all have been up to fun things. I’ve been stuck behind a computer screen for my classes and it’s not very fun. I did get out to the Poway Rodeo this weekend (ok I worked it) and the music selection wasn’t half bad. Speaking of half bad, the shows in SD this week aren’t half bad. It’s a little weird for me to be back home writing my weekly calendar post. I must say, I’ve had a lovely break from reality between my travels and then experiencing Comic Con this weekend. I think Kristen still might kill me if given half the chance. I can’t name one specific highlight but I think walking by Will Wheaton and finding out Kevin Bacon has a band with his brother called The Bacon Brothers were up there moment wise.
