It’s a fresh new Monday fresh from Christmas. I hope everyone had a lovely time filled with family, friends, and good times. I also hope you got everything you wanted and nothing you didn’t (but if not, there is always Amazon or Craigslist)!

Can you believe New Years is on Saturday? Where did the year go? Well, I’ll be posting some musical highlights from my year later this week. Speaking of New Years, the only place you should be is at the Lafayette Hotel for the Silent Comedy/Transfer show which features The Creepy Creeps, Low Volts and The Heavy Guilt. It’s going to be a crazy good time!!

So, I tried to be a good person and get this post out yesterday because I have school Mondays and Wednesdays. This obviously didn’t happen and it might have had something to do with the fact that I was at a shoot all day. Exhausting and wonderful though it was, I was not able to compose my post. However, you should take the time to look up SD Soundsystem. They have been doing some really cool stuff with some really cool bands and I’m thankful to be a small part of it.

Happy November! I hope you all had a great Halloween and you celebrated it exactly as you wanted. I spent mine finishing up a bio paper and handing out candy to the 10 kids that came by. I now have an excess supply of candy (since I bought 3 bags) that I’m slowly working down.
