When you are sick enough that an afternoon run to Staples for office supplies proves a challenge, I suppose nighttime rock show is off the table. At least that’s what I’m telling myself as I think about all of my friends gathering at The Troubadour tonight for Dead Sara madness as I sit at home organizing binder tabs. Headbanging and headaches are not the best combination!
We’ve got one more week of shows before the Christmas drought (AKA week of movie-watching), so I hope I can get out to enjoy it. I’m particularly looking forward to another Creepshow at the Hotel Cafe Thursday night. Line-up hasn’t been announced, but a Creepshow has never left me disappointed.
