After seeing her last week, I’ve got Beccs’ “Rage In My Veins” on a loop in my head. I’m encouraging ear worms as part of a pain management strategy for my torn-up knee.  This involves listening to music while doing things that typically bring on pain to try to distract the brain from entering a negative feedback cycle. I shall use this as an excuse to get out to more shows next week as fresh live concert memories are the strongest and most impactful.
