I have the voice of Ben Gibbard swimming in my ears after attending a wonderful End of Year Bash sponsored by 88.5FM. My only quibble is that Ben did not play Death Cab for Cutie’s “The New Year” at a turn of the year event. Openers Trousdale mentioned they would be a special guest at Ben Abraham’s Christmas Special tonight so that’s where I’ll be, soaking up more delicious harmonies.
