Amanda’s SD Concert Calendar 5/20-5/26

I’m noticing how I start off every post talking about the weather. At least, I have been the last few times. In keeping with tradition, the weather is a wonderfully sunny 85 degrees outside. It’s been pleasant all weekend but all I’ve wanted to do lately is sleep. Maybe it’s because I’m finally done with school or maybe it has to do with being out 3 times in a row last week. I have to say that Friday night’s Jimmy Eat World and IAMDYNAMITE show was pretty epic. I’m smitten with IAMDYNAMITE and despite not being super familiar with Jimmy Eat World’s discography, I had a blast watching them play. Such good times. We have more coming this week with the likes of Bloc Party, The Neighbourhood, and Cold War Kids this week.

We’ve been having some bi-polar weather but with the off and on drizzle, one can’t help but want to curl up in bed with a book instead of venturing out for anything other than a hot beverage. Happy Sunday! It’s a long weekend for most people (Happy Memorial Day!) and it’s been a sunny and lazy one at that. I just finished eating some horrible food (I’m blaming my healthy eating habits this week. Moderation, right?) and am currently enjoying the activity of doing nothing.
