I hope everyone had a wonderful and enjoyable Sunday yesterday. I myself spent it in recovery mode after going to three shows this week! Recovery for me included Mexican food, Netflix, napping, and some Chinese food. All in all, a great lazy Sunday. I do wish I had some kind of marshmallow goodness to munch on though.

Anyways, I hope you have rested up because this week is jam packed full of goodness! Apparently, Sunday is the night to be out with about nine different acts playing that evening. But don’t fret, if you can’t make something work on Sunday, The Reader on Tap show is an option for Friday with Transfer, Dead Feather Moon, and more. Or maybe you feel a little folky so some Miner and Spero on Monday night is more your scene.There’s also Kevin Martin on Wednesday or Shakey Graves on Saturday, or……

This is the first time I’ve been on my laptop since I left town on Friday morning for a wedding in New Hampshire. The wedding was super fun with good food, new friends, and some crazy good dance times. I got back in town yesterday and went to see Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, and twenty one pilots that evening. I totally forgot how much fun a big arena show with great production can be. I’m spending today recovering from all the travel and dancing the last few days have held because there is so much stuff going on this week. It’s a scorcher outside! Whew! I’m glad I’m safely back inside with the air conditioning on because it’s kind of miserable out in the sun. Misery can easily be relieved if you chose to venture out to a show. With a cold drink in your hand and some tunes for your ears, you should be doing just fine. Unless the place you’re at decided not to turn on any air. I’ve been there. It’s not fun.
