I don’t know about you but I had a lovely week(end) attending the San Diego County Fair (or Del Mar Fair as it’s better known) and The Nervous Wreckords/Maren Parusel cd release at the Casbah. I also can’t believe it’s already July and I’m taking off on Saturday for some Philly/NY action. Of course there is a band involved and I’m super stoked to be seeing them on the east coast for once. What a weekend! While I did nothing really musically oriented, I definitely was wiped out by the end of it. What was I doing? Funny you should ask. I was working at a rodeo. I used to ride in said rodeo but this time I was just a helping hand. I did get some boogie time with some country music but boy, I’m still tired. Oh, I did see the Blue Man Group for the first time last night! That’s musical. And definitely fun!
