2013 was another excellent year for music. I put together a little mix of some of the songs and artists that meant something to me this year. Enjoy!

Matthew Mayfield had me absolutely transfixed with his new EP, Irons in the Fire. When I saw him at The Hotel Cafe, he proved himself an entertaining and versatile singer. Then the EP came out and really took my love of him to another level. On the EP are a couple new versions of the heart-stopping “Fire Escape”.
