Coming back to the land of the healthy, I spent a lovely weekend re-connecting with San Diego for San Diego Music Thing. It was a great time for discovering new music, seeing favorite bands, hanging with friends, eating tacos, and generally reminding myself of how great the San Diego music community can be.
Next weekend it’s LA’s turn to shine as the music lovers descend upon the Sunset Strip for the annual Sunset Strip Music Festival. For more info on the event: http://ssmf.com/. It’s going to be a good one!
There are quite a few exciting musical options next week. If I could live at one venue, it would probably be The Troubadour. From Monday with You Me at Six and Young Guns to Friday’s Kopecky Family Band, every night is a can’t miss!
