My torn-up knee has taken a turn for the worse, causing me to press pause on the busy schedule. The physical therapist says I need to work “with” the pain but not “through” it. I’m hoping I can work with the pain next week starting with some lower key singer songwriter nights at the Troubadour and Hotel Cafe and working up to a one-legged dance party with Red Rum Club. Might be hoping for too much, but it’s good to have goals!
