This early post comes to you from sunny LA. I drove up here Friday for a mini vacation, show, and some quality hang out time. Sadly, I return home later today and have some serious homework to catch up on but the fun times here are well worth it. San Diego gets the pleasure of kicking off the Muse Tour with Band of Skulls at Valley View Casino Center tomorrow night. What a show that will be! If you don’t make it out to that, there is plenty of other stuff this week to keep you occupied. It’s a busy week in San Diego!

Don’t even talk to me about last week. I didn’t get out much. I did manage to have a panic attack or two due to the overwhelming situation I have found myself in at work. Things are not going well on that front. It makes me a bit miserable. I feel like a different person when I’m not out going to shows. I think I might have overcompensated Saturday night when I did get out to see Queen Caveat at The Roxy…I ended up on stage.

This week, I will do my best to get out to at least one or two shows, maintaining what I can of my sanity. I’d highly recommend Tuesday at TRiP to see the last show of my new favorite band, terminal, before they return to Denmark and take with them some serious sunshine.

Just got back from Tennessee. The four days spent at Bonnaroo were absolutely magical. I have many a story and I will do my best to post some words and pictures soon.  After Bonnaroo we had a Nashville day spent eating BBQ, avoiding the erratic and intense bouts of rain, checking out a couple local venues, and of course a stop at Cafe Coco. I love Nashville!
