I don’t know about you but I had a lovely week(end) attending the San Diego County Fair (or Del Mar Fair as it’s better known) and The Nervous Wreckords/Maren Parusel cd release at the Casbah. I also can’t believe it’s already July and I’m taking off on Saturday for some Philly/NY action. Of course there is a band involved and I’m super stoked to be seeing them on the east coast for once. First thing you will notice about this particular listing is that it’s for a week and a half instead of the standard week. “Why,” you ask. One word. Bonnaroo!!!! Kristen and I are heading out to Tennessee for the festival and have some post Bonnaroo activities planned as well. I’m flying back on Wednesday because it was a cheaper alternative than Tuesday and because I don’t spend enough time in Nashville. But there’s still lots of stuff to do in SD while I’m away.

Happy Sunday! It’s a long weekend for most people (Happy Memorial Day!) and it’s been a sunny and lazy one at that. I just finished eating some horrible food (I’m blaming my healthy eating habits this week. Moderation, right?) and am currently enjoying the activity of doing nothing. What an eventful week I’ve had. From last night’s shoot of Portugal. The Man to shooting Sara Watkins earlier this week, it’s been a good one.
